Return Policies

You can exchange a product in the following cases:

  1. Wrong Product Received
  2. Defective/Damaged Product

Exchange Conditions:

  • The product must be sealed in its original packaging and unused.
  • Do not apply tape or stickers to the manufacturer’s box.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 72 hours of receiving the package.
  • Free pickup will be arranged for wrong or damaged products.
  • The correct product will be dispatched within 5-7 working days after inspection.

Important Notes:

  • Opened or damaged products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Accessories have no warranty and can only be exchanged if unopened.
  • Please print and attach the return label to your parcel to avoid delays.

Delivery Information

  • Locations: We deliver all over Pakistan.
  • Delivery Times:
  • 24 hours for mobile phones in Lahore.
  • 2-3 business days for other locations.
  • Identification: Not required; someone else can receive your package with your permission.
  • Address Changes: Once an order is placed, you cannot change the delivery address. You must cancel and reorder.

Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order when you receive a confirmation call from customer service.
  • If the order is already shipped, contact customer care for assistance.
  • Online Payment Cancellation: After shipping, contact customer care to request cancellation. Refunds will be processed as per the payment method used.
